Alex, now the family wizard, introduces Billie, a young wizard-in-training, seeking Justin’s mentorship.

In the season finale of Wizards Beyond Waverly Place, Justin and Giada search for the missing Billie and Roman, discovering a frozen version of Billie.
Meanwhile, Billie and Roman arrive at the Mountain Fortress of Solitarious, where they meet the villainous Silas Evilini, who plans to use Billie’s magical amulet to free his imprisoned mother, Dr. Evilini.
After a tense showdown, Silas is trapped in the amulet. Roman and Milo unexpectedly gain wizard powers, and Minister McFigglehorn reveals that a Family Wizard competition is coming soon, setting the stage for the next season.
