The Love Hypothesis gets release date as hit romance novel heads to Prime Video
Fans of Ali Hazelwood’s bestselling romance novel The Love Hypothesis finally have a release date to be happy about. For months, readers have been anticipating when this beloved book will finally make its way to the screens – and it’s pretty soon.
The highly anticipated film adaptation has been one of the most talked-about book-to-screen projects in recent years, with readers can’t wait to see Olive Smith and Adam Carlsen and their romance being brought to the screen. After months of speculation, Prime Video has confirmed when viewers will be able to watch the romantic comedy.
What is The Love Hypothesis about?

The Love Hypothesis is about a Stanford PhD student named Olive Smith, and how she accidentally starts a romance with her professor as she attempts to move on following a crush.
One thing about her is that she doesn’t believe in lasting romantic relationships. One day, to convince her best friend she’s not hung up on a crush, Olive impulsively kisses the first man she sees. That man just happens to be the notoriously intimidating and highly respected professor Dr Adam Carlsen.
The pair agrees to enter a fake relationship. However, it becomes much more complicated for them both as genuine feelings creep in, and they end up liking each other for real.
