The drama in the villa is heating up as we dive into Episodes 46, 47, and 49 of Love Island UK Season 12.
These episodes include the moment everyone’s been anticipating – the Grafties – which led to explosive confrontations and a dramatic fallout for one couple. In this review, I’ll break down the biggest twists and standout moments.

Episode 46
We’ve seen the dates as Blu and Megan entered the villa, but I didn’t appreciate Megan adding her two pence to situations in the villa where it wasn’t necessary.
Unfortunately, it’s not easy coming in as a bombshell so close to the finale, so I’m not sure what the point of Blu and Megan entering was. Things have definitely felt a bit awkward since their arrival.
Cach and Toni are in the Hideaway, and everyone seems genuinely happy for them.
It was really sad to see Conor crying after the moment he shared with Shakira. I think it was important that they acknowledged, from there, that despite not having a romantic connection, they’re going to stick to being friends.
For someone like Harry, who’s 30 years old, I would’ve assumed he’d know who he likes more between Shakira and Helena – but it seems his indecisiveness is going to hurt them both.
I just hope he follows his heart and stays with the one person he truly likes.
The moment we’ve all been waiting for: The Grafties. For anyone unfamiliar, the Love Island Grafties are an awards-style event where Islanders are shown clips showing viewers the drama, betrayals, and flirty moments.
Episode 47
Oh God, the heat is really on Harry after his flirty comments to other women. It’s so awkward, but hard to look away.
I think a lot of this awards show painted Toni and Shakira as the mean girls, while I’m sure Meg and Helena have also said plenty of bitchy things about them too.
It’s shocking that Harry had so many controversial moments that overshadowed everything else. Some of the things he said were just banter – including his comments with ex Emma – but others were completely insensitive and ridiculous.
Toni was right – this was messier than Movie Night.
It also kicked off between Toni and Blu. This happened after he spoke up during the show, calling out her behaviour towards Cach. In the end, Harry is left all on his own, as it seems everyone has turned against him. Unfortunately for him, karma has caught up.
Episode 49
I’m so glad Toni has finally knocked some common sense into Harry about Shakira. Harry still has a lot of growing up to do, but if Shakira still sees something in him, then I think she should go for it.
It seems like things are finally settled between Helena and Harry, especially after he surprisingly said he’s just friends with Helena – even though they were exclusive just a few days ago.
Things are also awkward now that Blue has been pied twice, once by Yasmin and once by Angel.
The girls also seem to have resolved their drama and are choosing to stay civil with each other.
During the latest coupling, the boys got to choose which girls they wanted to couple up with. And it’s about time the islanders are reunited with their families. We’re definitely in for an exciting episode!
