Let’s crack on with some of the Love Island episodes that have hit our screens! If you’re like me and love a good bit of reality TV, you can never go wrong with this ITV dating show.

Unfortunately, we’re nearing the end, and so many couples have already left – that £50k is really in sight now. Let’s dive into all the drama.

Love Island UK Series 12
The Islanders had a surprise performance from Tinie Tempah

Episode 43

Things are really weird between Yasmin and Dejon now that she wanted to talk to him about his behaviour following the kissing challenges and those snide comments.

But he totally brushed her off – yikes. Other couples in the firing line include Conor and Shakira, and Harry and Helen.

Things seem to be reigniting between Toni and Cach, and honestly, I’m here for it. They’re slowly coming back together. Billykiss and Cach have also stepped up their game, they even ended up kissing. On the bright side, Harry has finally come to his senses for the sake of his connection with Helena and cut things off with Angel.

But it’s not all bad news for her, as Boris has shown interest and wants to get to know her. There’s also some growth from Dejon, who wants to talk things through with Yasmin and clear the air.

And now Dejon and Meg are on a date… but omg, it was so cringe. It felt more like an advert than anything remotely romantic.

I’m still cringing at the moment Harry asked Angel whether she was wearing underwear – while sat with Helena – despite binning the brunette bombshell off just a few hours earlier. Eww.

Episode 44

Cach’s head is officially scrambled after getting to know both Toni and Billykiss. Toni tried to take him to the Hideaway and even went in for a kiss, but unfortunately, he turned her down.

It’s time for the Love Island Festival, and the girls and boys are all buzzing with excitement. On stage is Tinie Tempah, blasting all the most memorable songs. Meanwhile, there’s more exciting news – Harry and Helena are now exclusive. However, the excitement doesn’t last long, as Maya Jama makes a surprise entrance.

The public has voted for their favourite girls and favourite boys. The bottom girls are Billykiss, Emma, and Angel, while the bottom boys are Boris, Conor, and Harry.

The girl and boy with the fewest votes – Emma and Boris, are dumped from the island immediately. But it’s not over yet. Billykiss and Angel are still vulnerable, and their fate now lies in the hands of the most popular girls and boys.

And if that wasn’t dramatic enough – Boris and Megan are back! The most controversial Islanders of the season have returned.

Episode 45

Unfortunately, Billykiss was sent home at the start of the episode. It’s good news for Ty, though, as he’s been getting close with Angel.

Conor is having doubts about his connection with Shakira. She hasn’t been very open about her feelings towards him. Meanwhile, Shakira has opened up about her she still has feelings for Harry. Thankfully, Shakira has finally confronted her feelings, and she is going to cut things off with Conor.

Meanwhile, one conversation between the duo showed that their unfinished business between them. But it’s bad news for Conor and Helena. Awkward.

It’s great that Shakira and Conor are done now. They clearly wouldn’t have worked out. But it’s not bad news for long now though, as Blu and Megan have entered the villa.
