Murder mystery fans, get ready. The BBC has finally released first‑look images and exciting details from the new season of A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder.
The hit thriller stars Emma Myers as teen sleuth Pip Fitz‑Amobi. Zain Iqbal plays her loyal partner in crime‑solving, Ravi Singh. The cast also includes Asha Banks, Yali Topol Margalith, Jude Morgan‑Collie, Anna Maxwell Martin, Mathew Baynton, and Gary Beadle.
Based on Holly Jackson’s bestselling YA novels, the series follows 17‑year‑old Pip as she reopens the baffling murder of schoolgirl Andie Bell. She believes the police got it wrong. As she uncovers dark secrets, Pip must risk it all to reveal the truth.

How did A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder Season 1 End?
The first season ends with teen sleuth Pip Fitz‑Amobi uncovering the shocking truth behind Andie Bell’s disappearance. It wasn’t her boyfriend Sal, as everyone believed. It was her sister Becca who killed her after an argument and buried her body in a well.
Pip confronts Becca and is nearly killed herself. Becca drugs her and tries to leave her in the same hiding place. Pip is saved at the last moment by Ravi and Cara. The police arrive and arrest Becca.
Along the way, Pip exposes that Elliot Ward caused Sal’s death and framed him for Andie’s murder. The finale closes with Pip questioning her future and sharing a kiss with Ravi by the lake.
Based on Holly Jackson’s bestselling novels, A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder is produced by Moonage Pictures, part of ITV Studios (The Gentlemen, The Famous Five, Bodies). It is a co-production with Netflix and ZDFneo, who will air the series outside the UK.

An official synopsis for the new series reads: “After solving the Andie Bell case, Pip is determined to fix the fallout – and stay away from any more investigations. But as Max Hastings’ trial approaches, Connor’s brother Jamie suddenly disappears, and Pip finds herself in a race against time to find him.
“New pictures reveal Pip (Emma Myers) and her friends back on the pursuit. With Jamie (Eden H Davies) missing and time running out, the pictures reveal Pip, Ravi (Zain Iqbal), Cara (Asha Banks), Lauren (Yali Topol Margalith), and Connor (Jude Morgan-Collie) reunited, unravelling new secrets, leads, and mysteries.


And as Pip prepares to face Max (Henry Ashton) in court, his cousin Robin (Freddie England) starts dating Lauren, becoming a controversial new member of their friendship group.

Series two will premiere on the BBC in the UK, and on Netflix in regions outside the UK and Ireland where the streaming service is available. In Germany, Australia, and Switzerland, the show will stream exclusively on ZDFneo, while in Australia it will also be available on Stan. Global distribution and sales are being managed by BBC Studios.
