If you’re in the mood for a suspenseful, action-packed kdrama, Extracurricular is worth checking out.

What Is Extracurricular About?
Extracurricular is a gripping 10-episode Korean drama that dives into the double life of Oh Ji-soo (played by Kim Dong-hee).
He is a quiet, top-performing high school student who secretly runs an illegal business to support his education.
By day, he’s under the radar—abandoned by his parents and largely unnoticed at school—but after hours, he works as a security operator for a prostitution ring under the alias “Uncle.”
His partner in this underground world is Wang-chul, or “Old Man,” who handles protection and operations.
But things start to spiral when classmates Seo Min-hee (Jung Da-bin) and Bae Gyu-ri (Park Ju-hyun) get involved, dragging Ji-soo into even more dangerous waters.
Is Extracurricular Worth Watching?
Extracurricular isn’t your typical high school K-drama.
It’s fast-paced and intense drama that sheds light on taboo subjects.
While Ji-soo’s character might come off as frustratingly undeveloped at times (you’ll definitely question how such a shy, awkward kid could run a criminal empire), the tension and unpredictability of the plot keep you invested.
The chemistry between Ji-soo and Gyu-ri is especially strong, and their choices will have you on the edge of your seats.
It’s a heavy watch but if you’re in the mood for something darker, Extracurricular is well worth your time.
