The next instalment of Bridgerton shines the spotlight on Benedict Bridgerton, who has been largely absent in the previous seasons.

In Season 4, Benedict meets a mysterious masked guest at Violet Bridgerton’s grand masquerade ball, where he comes face with a woman, known only in society as the “Lady in Silver.”

Unbeknownst to Benedict, the Lady in Silver is in fact Sophie Baek (previously called Beckett in the books), a maid working under the roof of Lady Araminta Gun.

After the two cross paths, everything changed, and Benedict must grapple with his feelings and the disparity between Sophie’s true identity and her social guise.

Meanwhile, the season introduces Sophie’s stepsisters, Rosamund and Posy Li, and their mother, Araminta, who has her own ambitions and designs for her daughters within London society.
