The Guest is a gripping four-part psychological thriller from the BBC, set against the moody backdrop of Cardiff.
Starring Eve Myles (Keeping Faith) and Gabrielle Creevy (In My Skin), the series originally premiered on BBC iPlayer on Monday, 1st September 2025, with its first episode also aired on BBC One at 9pm that evening.

In the US, The Guest will premiere on SHOWTIME on Sunday, 19th October 2025, following a streaming release via Paramount+ (with SHOWTIME) two days earlier, on Friday, 17th October.

Eve Myles as Fran Sharp – a woman with a seemingly perfect life that quickly begins to unravel
Gabrielle Creevy as Ria Powell – a troubled young woman who inserts herself into Fran’s world

Written and created by Matthew Barry, the show was produced by Quay Street Productions (the team behind Nolly and It’s a Sin) in collaboration with BBC Cymru Wales.
