More Love Island recouplings, dumpings, and new bombshell alerts!

It’s already been a hectic week, and if you’ve missed it, here’s a full round-up of the episodes you might’ve skipped.
Let’s get into it…
Episode 8
Finally—a challenge! I was beginning to wonder if the budget had been cut this season since we’d yet to see a single challenge outside the villa.
And we all know that’s where the real drama goes down!
In this episode, the Islanders pulled bold or steamy confessions from a box, read them aloud, then had to guess who made the statement—and seal it with a kiss.
Things got tense when Harry admitted he’d been in an orgy with 11 female football players… and a few men. Yikes!
Alima kissed Harry as part of the game, but he infamously wiped his mouth afterward—viewers were quick to call it a “red flag” and “disrespectful.”
Later on in the villa, Harry, Shea, and Dejon appeared to manipulate the game to secure kisses with the girls they liked.
It became clear that his feelings for the new bombshell were stronger, leaving Toni—whom he had been coupled up with—completely vulnerable.
Unfortunately, things also took a bad turn between Tommy and Shea.
Their argument turned explosive, with frosty tension and full-on expletives flying.
Overall? A chaotic but dramatic episode—and I’m here for it.
Episode 9
As if things between Tommy and Shea couldn’t get any more awkward—but thankfully, they eventually managed to sort out their issues.
Meanwhile, Emily let Toni know that she’s getting very close to Conor, who even suggested the two of them should head to the Hideaway together. So, Toni decided to back off.
Finally, Meg and Malisha were able to reconcile after their tension-filled fallout. And in a wild moment, Yasmin told Dejon she was open to having a threesome—with her and Toni. Needless to say, Dejon was absolutely flabbergasted.
Elsewhere in the villa, Alima and Remell finally shared a kiss! But that wasn’t the only smooch of the night—Conor also had another moment with Emily.
Then came another recoupling. I’m not going to lie—it’s getting a bit tiresome at this point. This time, it was the boys’ turn to choose which girls they wanted to couple up with.
That said, I did enjoy some of the sweet speeches from the boys. A few of them actually gave me butterflies.
At the end of the episode, Malisha and Toni were left standing. Most viewers assumed they were both about to be dumped—but no, there was another twist!
The two girls were sent on dates with a new bombshell, Harrison. If the dates went well, he would choose one of them to couple up with—ultimately securing her spot in the villa.
Such a good twist!
Episode 10
The new bombshell Yasmin is on fire!
The episode got off to a slow start but was so dramatic towards the end.
This is when The Islanders played a game of alcohol-free beer pong, where losing cups resulted in a cheeky dare—typically a snog with someone chosen by the thrower.
Dejon, paired with Meg, got the dare and chose Yasmin, leading to a kiss while an angry Meg watched.
Things were very awkward between Meg and Yasmin.
Meg confronted Yasmin sharply: “Wait, how can you still be happy in your couple if you’re snogging everyone but the man you’re coupled up with?” To which she replied, “It’s just a game,”
Id say that was the best part of the game as Yasmin stirred the pot with her fellow Islander and it made really good TV!
She clearly isn’t interested in Shea and is there to mess around with the guys. There’s also discourse around her sexual comments on social media.
I think we’re just starting to see a whole new different side to some people and it’s becoming very interesting!
