After seeing so many posters for My Fault in London, I couldn’t help but watch the film, especially since I loved the original so much.

My Fault London Review.
This steamy romance will have you swooning.

What is My Fault London about?

My Fault London is a British remake of the 2023 Spanish film Culpa Mia, based on the popular Wattpad story by Mercedes Ron.

The film revolves around Noah, a teenager who is suddenly uprooted from her life when her mother decides to marry a wealthy man, taking her from her familiar surroundings and moving her to London.

There, she meets her stepbrother, Nick, who has it all i including money, fast cars, and a rebellious attitude.

Noah initially seeing Nick as just another arrogant, privileged guy, and Nick viewing her as a problem he doesn’t need.

However, their relationship begins to evolve as they start spending more and more time together.

The film includes parts from the original Spanish film including wild parties, car races, and familial drama.

We get to see Nick as he navigates his complicated relationship with his estranged mother and his efforts to prove himself outside of his family’s wealth.

The film has a variety of interesting shots, including the gritty streets and posh neighborhoods of London.

Is My Fault London worth watching?

My Fault London is a fast-paced take on the original Culpa Mia. The film’s biggest strength is its character development, particularly the relationship between Noah and Nick.

Their romance feels vulnerable, and I loved how Noah and Nick were able to eventually start liking each other despite their differences.

The film’s pacing is a definite improvement over the original, as it didn’t involve too many backstories and avoided unnecessary plot details.

I loved the high-speed car chases and Nick’s obvious yearning for Noah as the plot developed.

However some key scenes, like the kiss between Noah and Nick, feel a bit rushed. But the overall drama, romance, and character arcs more than make up for it.

Whether you’ve seen the original or not, this British version offers a new perspective that’s worth watching. If you’re a fan of romance dramas with a twist and complex characters, My Fault London will definitely keep you entertained from start to finish.
